"Our first contractor was not performing. We called Mike Siseneros at Rocky Mountain Contracting and asked him to come take a look at the project. He make recommendations for our consideration, made a detailed bid, and then put his men to work. We were living in a house that was open to the outside at the time and his company made closing in the home a priority. For the parts of the project that needed to be bid out like the electricity and plumbing, Mike hired reputable companies in town to complete those phases of the project. After completing the project in a timely fashion and completely satisfactory manner, we started using Mike for all of our projects in town. The thing I like about Mike is that he is willing to do small projects, has great ideas but puts them out for consideration, not saying that it must be done that way. He is also very good at explaining why something will work better one way as compared to another. Mike believes in doing it right the first time. He is very good at answering homeowner questions.
